The Program

The Mini Legends Program teaches youth physical literacy skills in a safe and inclusive environment. Through fun and purposeful activities, participants practice skill development, make social connections, and learn how to work (and play) in a team setting.

This introductory program will emphasize the establishment of body alignment, and help youth discover the enjoyment of movement.

This program emphasizes developing effective foot contact with the ground in all 4 directions and introduces youth to hand-eye coordination skills.

This program develops quick, opposing movement of the shoulders and hips.

This program develops the ability to apply the skills from levels 1-3 through activities with specific sets of rules.

Greek Character of Strength

This program focuses on throwing skills. Youth will develop “leveraging” capacities and control against gravity through throwing activities.
