This week was amazing thank you to our new friends from the Mini Legends Program. Students worked on their fundamental movement skills all week and capped it off with Mini Legends games. A special thank you to Jumpstart for the grant to support this residency this past week. A special thank you to our School Health Mentor from APPLE Schools, who assisted us with finding this grant and supporting our application for this grant. We are Legendary!

Norwood School
Yesterday we had our first Mini Legends Track & Field day at Norwood School and it was amazing. Leanne (the Lead) and her team (Alex, Lauren, Hallie, Sara, Halle) were fantastic and our students had a great time. I had more than one student tell me it was one of their "best days ever"! For the majority of our students it was an opportunity to experience activities that they don't normally have a chance to try. Our students demonstrated perseverance, sportsmanship and courage - it was awesome to see!
Thank you so much to you and your team for providing such wonderful opportunities for students. We can't wait to have Mini Legends back next year!
